Parking Lot Practice

Every month (except for the hot summer months) our Drill Team provides free motorcycle riding lessons to Chapter members. We call it Parking Lot Practice (PLP).

PLP is an awesome learning experience, and members who participate regularly develop excellent riding skills. The Drill Team instructors lay out various courses that enhance the riders' bike handling abilities.

• Vicky shows how to ride decreasing radius turns under the watchful eyes of our dedicated Drill Team.

• Ride with Terry as he spins around the course. The first task is a figure-8 inside the "box". He amps that up with double loops at both ends. Then there is the sharp "S" turn, and finally the tight circle. Not content with a single circle, Terry does several anti-clockwise loops and then re-enters the circle to do a few clockwise!
